Our cancellation policy is enforced to protect you and to protect us

Cancellation Policy for monthly payment plans:

You may cancel at any time. However, there are no refunds for work already done or work in progress. Which means, if you sign up in January and decide to cancel in May, your May payment will not be refunded but you will no longer be billed for future months. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Cancellation Policy for our payment in full plan:

You have the right to cancel your membership at any time. However, there are no refunds for work already done or work in progress. The $660 fee per our Pay in Full Plan is payment for a minimum of 6 months worth of time and work performed on your behalf by a personal credit advisor. The standard time for each round of dispute letters is 2 months. That is:

• Up to 1 week to prepare the 3 letters that will be mailed to the 3 agencies, Equifax, Experian, and Equifax
• Up to 3 to 4 days for the mail to arrive to the appropriate agency
• Up to 45 days for the agency to investigate the dispute and respond via mail
• Up to 3 to 4 days for you to receive the dispute investigation letter from the appropriate agency
